The Grace Charitable Foundation (EIN: 38-3911633) is exempt from Federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code effectively since June 24, 2013. Contributions to The Grace Charitable Foundation are deductible under section 170 of the Code. The Grace Charitable Foundation is qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under section 2055, 2106 or 2522 of the Code. The Grace Charitable Foundation is further classified as a public charity under section 509(a)(3) of the Code.
